Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Electrical, custom-order, or special performance parts may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund once the item has been inspected and verified.

Return Process

Email us at DnDAutoparts@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and a return authorisation if eligible.

Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund, credit, or exchange.

We offer shipping via major carriers such as Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Sendle. At checkout, you can select from standard or express shipping options depending on your location and urgency.

Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Some orders have lead times of up to 14 days for custom items.
