– Light Weight Tube & Fin Intercooler Core
– Full Aluminium Construction

Key Advantages:

1. Improved Heat Dissipation
Aluminum has excellent thermal conductivity, allowing it to cool compressed air more efficiently than stock intercoolers.

2. Increased Engine Performance
Cooler air = more oxygen = better combustion = more power.
Prevents heat soak, maintaining consistent performance.

3. Better Throttle Response
Lower intake temps mean the ECU doesn’t have to pull timing (reduce power) to prevent knock, leading to smoother and quicker acceleration.

4. Supports Higher Boost Levels
Aluminum is corrosion-resistant and can withstand higher pressures, making it ideal for high-performance or modified engines.
Less prone to cracking or leaking compared to plastic-end-tank OEM intercoolers.

5. Improved Fuel Efficiency
More efficient cooling can lead to better fuel combustion, potentially improving mileage under boost conditions.

Upgrading to an aluminum intercooler is a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to maximize engine performance, reliability, and efficiency—especially in modified or high-stress applications.
